Yes! Are you buying or selling your home? We do a thorough inspection of your homes plumbing from every fixture, to your well & well pump, sump pumps, camera inspections of lines, water heaters, boilers (wall mounted or traditional tank), and determining if your home is properly vented or not.
It's where the well tank is located for those people who have well pumps. Your shut off valve should be right next to it. They can be yellow, or green, red traditionally. To turn off, turn it so that it is crossing the pipe. Pictured is a green valve.
If you don't have a well tank, and you have a raised ranch, it's usually under the staircase of the front entranceway, in a closet, or crawl space you have to enter to turn off.

You can pull the lid, or location of the septic tank and call in a septic company if you don't know the last inspection. It's generally 15 ' from the house and Tom the Plumber is an expert at finding them if you don't know where yours is located.

There's a handful of issues that could be causing this, from calcium buildup, aerators on faucets, sediment filters, and water softeners. Some municipalities make you install PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve), and sometimes they go bad, and then you have no water pressure. We can help you troubleshoot this issue.
